from day one.
After years working in recruitment, Martyna grew frustrated with the pressure to place candidates quickly over placing them correctly. Deadlines drove decisions. CVs went to clients before candidates were properly understood. Roles were filled and then refilled because the fit was never right in the first place.
RFT was founded to fix that. The agency is built around a simple principle. A placement should only ever need to happen once. That means taking the time to properly understand every role, every business and every candidate before anything else happens.
How We Work
Rigorous before we ever pick up the phone.
Before a CV reaches a decision maker's desk, RFT has already done the work.
Candidates are interviewed in depth, assessed against the role and briefed thoroughly. Employers receive a shortlist of people who have been properly vetted, not a pile of profiles to sift through.
It takes longer to do it this way. That is the point.
